Hi, My name is Tayyab. I’m a professional nutritionist and fitness coach.

On my blog, I write about weight loss, nutrition, workout plans and much more that’ll help you to get rid of that extra fat on your body.

I help people struggling with weight loss and give them strategic advice to burn away extra fat on their body.

Not a long time ago, I myself was struggling with obesity. Just because I wasn’t really tracking what I was eating and that lead me to become overweight. I was frustrated and didn’t know what to do. But then I started studying health and nutrition, started working out daily, and made monthly goals. Fast forward two years, I’m in the best shape of my life.

During this whole journey, I learnt a few things:

1) Take a decision and stick to it

2) If you have the dedication and motivation to put yourself out there and put in the extra hard work, you can achieve anything.
